When Jeff called us about his upcoming proposal to Cassie, you could hear two things in his voice: excitement and a little bit of being nervous. He was so ready to ask Cassie to marry him but he wanted to make sure that everything went perfectly!
The plan was to pop the question on the day they got the keys to their new house! He fibbed just a little and told her they were going to dinner after getting the keys but it was all an excuse to make sure she was dressed up after work. As she pulled up to meet him you could see they were both excited to finally have their new home and start to put down roots here in Memphis.
Jeff gave Cassie the keys an honor of opening the front door and then stopped to get her to “take it all in”. Most the time we are hiding too far away during proposals to get to hear what is being said but thanks to a quiet cove, hiding in our car we got to hear all the amazingly sweet things Jeff said and Cassie’s responses! They both were so thrilled to be getting engaged! Watching her reactions to everything was the best and maybe I had to wipe a tear or two away as well.
Jeff thought of everything and had custom champagne and flowers waiting for Cassie and we got to capture their joy and excitement of not only getting a new house but an engagement!!
